Vocabulary Enricher
I am reading a book called Pictures of Hollis Woods. This time we read from chapter 4 to chapter 10. My job was Vocabulary Enricher. Here are the words that I found interesting whilest reading this book:
1. Pg 41, Paragraph 2: Pattered-To say or speak in a rapid or mechanical manner
2. Pg 42, Paragraph 3: Laden-Loaded heavily with something
3. Pg 46, Paragraph 2: Adobe-A brick or building material of sun-dried earth

Bleak sentence: The feeling of failure settled into her bleak thoughts.
