I read 144 pages of the novel Pictures of Hollis Woods, by Patricia Reilly Giff. The picture that I drew is supposed to, and does, represent Hollis' and Josie's relationship and how much they care for each. It is a picture Hollis and Josie on Christmas day at the house in Branches, when Hollis give Josie her Christmas present; a picture of Josie and Beatrice, Josie's sister, at the movies in front of a popcorn machine. I am going to post both a black and white version of it as well as a color one, because the colored one ended up a bit too light to see all the details.
